How do I get an upgrade?
 
Option 1.  Send us a Sales Receipt or Invoice  

  1. Send a copy of the email confirmation, or invoice, you received when you purchased Ethnograph to . .

          OR

  1. If you have a paper invoice, or receipt, scan it and send it as an email attachment to  .

We will then send you an email with an upgrade link.

NOTE: You can fax the document to 720-548-9806, but make sure you include an email address so we can send you the link, and a phone number and mailing address if we have problems with your email address.

 
   
Option 2.  Send the Config.INI file  

If Ethnograph v5.x is installed on your computer, do the following. 

  • There is a file named Config.INI in the Ethnograph program folder.  The normal location is C:\Ethno50\Config.ini.  This file contains your serial number.

Send Config.INI, as an email attachment to  . .

We will send you an email with an upgrade link.

NOTE: If you have your copy of Ethnograph, but it is not installed, install it and do the above.

 
   
Option 3.  Scan your  CD and email the CD image with your  Serial Number  

If you have a serial number, and an Ethnograph CD do the following.

  • Scan the CD. 

  • Send us an email with your serial number, name, and the CD image as an email attachment to . .
