The Order Process

All orders are processed through our secure web page by Shareit, (USA and Europe offices) a subsidiary of Digital River.  

 

 

Download the software

 

When you received your download link,

  • SAVE the software to your desktop,
  • and then run it to install Ethnograph.

Then you can copy the software download to your own backup CD, or save it to a special folder on your hard drive.

 

Backup CD

 

The "Backup CD"  is the only way you can get Ethnograph on a CD, unless you use a university purchase order.  The CD is sent by mail from Shareit and should arrive within 5-10 days in North America and Europe.  Up to 2 weeks elsewhere.

 

Extended Download Protection

 

The "Download Protection" means that, if your hard drive crashes, and if you did not make a backup copy of Ethnograph, you can download another copy for up to two years.
